Classics of Ancient Greece Book Set
In this collection, we’ve brought together three legendary scholars of Greek literature, arguably some of the most important writings from Ancient Greece. From the perils of the Trojan War, chronicled in the Iliad by Homer to the histories by the father of history himself, Herodotus. This set is a perfect introduction to Greek history for someone looking to explore the vast array of available texts, yet comprehensive enough to be an amazing set for even the most dedicated Greek scholar.
We created a design inspired by the art of Ancient Greece, a celebratory scene that would be found on pottery. The set is available in two colorways: a classic combination of black and red and a more modern interpretation of Greek pottery in neutral tones.
The books in this set are published by Everyman's Library and Knopf Doubleday Publishing Group. Each hardcover volume from Everyman's Library is bound in cloth and features a silk reading ribbon, acid-free and natural cream-colored paper, and European-style half-round spines.
