Books Everyone Should Own: Young Readers

We have an IMPORTANT update about your Juniper Book Subscriptions! With the start of the new year, we have evaluated all of our creative offerings at Juniper Books and worked hard to determine how we can best serve our customers in the future. We have made the very difficult decision to discontinue our subscription programs this year. 

For Annual Subscriptions: There is a plan in place to continue your membership(s) through completion. Your annual subscription will continue to ship every month up to the 12th and final shipment, whereupon your subscription will conclude. 

For Monthly Subscriptions: There is a plan in place to continue your membership(s) through completion should you choose to do so, and we have created a few options for you to consider. The following choices will be an option for members. Please look for and respond to an email we sent you by January 13th with your choice, and we will take care of the rest! If we don’t hear back by January 13th, your subscription will be automatically canceled. 

1. Purchase the rest of the books in your subscription as a one-time purchase. We will include all remaining books on one invoice for you, then ship them together! This option includes a 25% discount on the books in your order. (For BESO Young Readers members, this option includes a maximum of 12 books total.)
2. Continue being billed monthly using the card we have on file for you. If this option is your choice, please respond here by January 13th, and we will set you up in our new system to be billed monthly until your 12th and final charge. (For BESO Young Readers members, this option will include a maximum of 12 charges total. After the 12th charge, your subscription will conclude.)
3. Cancel your subscription where you are. If this option is your choice, please respond here by January 13th, and we will be happy to do so for you.

Going forward, all shipping address changes or other account updates must be requested through customerservice@juniperbooks.com. Our customer success team is standing by to help answer any questions, and we look forward to hearing from you!
