We have an IMPORTANT update about your Juniper Book Subscriptions! With the start of the new year, we have evaluated all of our creative offerings at Juniper Books and worked hard to determine how we can best serve our customers in the future. We have made the very difficult decision to discontinue our subscription programs this year. 

For Annual Subscriptions: There is a plan in place to continue your membership(s) through completion. Your annual subscription will continue to ship every month up to the 12th and final shipment, whereupon your subscription will conclude. 

For Monthly Subscriptions: The following choices will fulfill all of our members' expectations. P lease look for and respond to an email we sent you by January 13th with your choice, and we will take care of the rest! If we don’t hear back by January 13th, your subscription will be automatically canceled. 

1. Continue being billed monthly using the card we have on file for you. If this option is your choice, please respond here by January 13th, and we will be sure to set you up in our new system. Your subscription will conclude after a total of 12 charges, which includes the recent January 1 charge.
2. Cancel your subscription where you are. If this option is your choice, please respond here by January 13th, and we will be happy to do so for you.

Going forward, all shipping address changes, credit card changes/updates, or subscription cancellations must be requested through customerservice@juniperbooks.com. Our customer success team is standing by to help answer any questions, and we look forward to hearing from you!
